The Deccan Odyssey will now offer pan-India rail tour beginning October 2013. The itinerary spanning over 7 nights will begin from Mumbai and conclude in Delhi. The journey will encompass trip to an array of World Heritage Sites and wildlife sanctuary at Sawai Madhopur. Earlier the same run was operated through a private charter.

Previously known as the Indian Maharaja, this pan-India rail journey will begin from Chhatrapati Shivaji terminus in Mumbai.
